Polytrade Joins the Integra Consortium as Lead Development Anchor
Over the past five years, Polytrade has lived inside the real mechanics of real-world asset tokenization: structuring deals, navigating compliance, integrating tokenization platforms, managing secondary trades, and onboarding institutional partners across geographies. This hands-on work revealed a truth we could not ignore: existing blockchains were not designed for the real-estate markets we were trying to bring on-chain.
Compliance, valuation data, ownership attestations, settlement logic, and identity workflows all had to be stitched together manually. We built workarounds. We built infrastructure. But the market needed something deeper: an L1 engineered around real estate itself.
Today, we’re proud to share that Polytrade has joined the Integra Consortium as the Lead Development Anchor, helping architect the world’s first asset-specific Layer 1 for real estate.
Integra is not another general-purpose chain. It is a vertically integrated real-estate operating environment: a purpose-built infrastructure layer where asset passports, ownership records, compliance proofs, valuation data, liquidity venues, and market applications coexist natively in a single environment. This approach mirrors what we’ve learned in institutional deployments and reflects the architecture that major issuers, funds, and regulators require.
The consortium behind Integra includes real-estate managers like Nitya Capital, developers like BNW, and global technology contributors such as DigiShares. These anchors collectively represent billions in assets already on-chain and multi-geography operational depth. As Integra introduces native components such as a stablecoin and global orderbook, the network is positioned to capture value directly from cash flows, distributions, and transaction cycles that flow across its rails.
Polytrade’s role is clear.
We will:
• Lead core chain development and protocol engineering
• Support the creation of native infrastructure, such as the Asset Passport and Global Orderbook
• Bring institutional partners, issuers, and liquidity networks into the ecosystem
• Continue growing our marketplace and distribution rails under the Integra umbrella
This partnership is an extension of our mission: building real-world asset infrastructure that is compliant, programmable, and ready for institutions at scale.
For our long-standing community, we’re pleased to confirm that $TRADE holders will receive an allocation of Integra’s native token, IRL, as a reflection of the value created over years of building real RWA pipelines, technology, and liquidity. Final allocation details will be shared once the Foundation completes its process.
We are entering a phase where real-estate tokenization is no longer theoretical. With ecosystem partners, active issuer flows, regulatory alignment, and a dedicated L1 built for the asset class, the conditions are here for meaningful scale.
